Hiroshima

1)In this picture, before the bombing on Hiroshima I see a beautiful area with it's tall buildings. In this picture the structure looks very advanced for it's time because it is very tall. The area looks like a very nice and peaceful to live in. I see that their is a tree surrounded by bushes and that their is a fountain of water in the back of the tree.
2)In this picture I see a destroyed hall. This hall was destroyed by an atomic bombing ordered by president Truman as revenge from the bombing of Pearl Harbor. This are the remains of the Industrial Promotion Hall. This building is now known as the Atomic Dome.
3)In this picture you see the imprint (shadow) of a person. The reason the shadow remained on the wall is because the heat rays were so hot that the body vanished but the imprint of the person remained.I feel so bad for this person. I am so surprised because I did not know that this can happen to a person, I am seriously shocked by looking at this picture.
4)In this drawing I see the pain the person went through. This picture
shows me how the people were dying is sort of gave me the person's
eyes and let me see the bombing from his point of view. I understand that this
is a crisis, this is no exaggeration, this is someone's home town this
is were they lived. These were innocent they had nothing to do with the bombing
on Pearl Harbor (military base in Hawaii).

Abortion

1)I am pro-life. I think that women have to be ready when they say they are and not take the easy way out by getting an abortion. I am also pro-life because your killing a baby just because your not ready that is not fair. My final reason is that why do babies have to suffer just because u don't to have a big stomach or just because u don't want to be looked at in a different like (how sad) or anything like that.

2)Abortion

"The abortion debate asks whether it can be morally right to terminate a pregnancy before normal childbirth.

Some people think that abortion is always wrong. Some think that abortion is right when the mother's life is at risk. Others think that there is a range of circumstances in which abortion is morally acceptable."

3) I agree with this quote because it states that abortion is not right and should never be acceptable. I also agree with this quote because it states that abortion should be acceptable because in some situations mother's lives are in danger so they should be able to terminate the baby because you wouldn't want the baby to be born with out the mother. It states "The abortion debate asks whether it can be morally right to terminate a pregnancy before normal childbirth" i think that it is not right because it is not the baby's fault that they are not ready or they don't want to be looked at in the wrong way.

"A pregnancy to a woman is perhaps one of the most determinative aspects of her life. It disrupts her body. It disrupts her education. It disrupts her employment. And it often disrupts her entire family life." I agree with this quote because having a baby comes with great responsibility. As an expecting mother you have to take risks by not going to work or to stop going to school and that is putting your life on hold. I agree with this quote because when somebody in your family it disrupts the family it gets them all excited and if you decide to get an abortion then their was no point of telling your family your breaking their heart because some of them want to be uncles, aunts, grandfathers, and grandmothers.

2) This picture is about how Barrack Obama stole the show on his night of debate. He stated his claim and he says that it was nominated by the democratic party's national convention in august.

3)To me this picture is inspirational because it shows that Senator Obama is not the only one that wants change. This picture also represents hope because their a lot of people cheering for him that want change.

4) This picture in a way does relate to my life because in our community we want change. We have a lot of people behind us that want our community safe for their children as well as for themselves. It also relates because we have a lot of hope for this change as well as the American citizens in this picture. This picture relates to our life because it requires a lot of people's cooperation to fulfill this change just like it requires a lot of people to vote for Senator Obama so he can become president.
